East Horsley is a village in the borough of Guildford, Surrey, 21 miles south-west of London on the A246 between Leatherhead and Guildford. It had a population of 4,290 at the 2011 Census.
Horsley and Effingham Junction stations serve the area on the New Guildford line. Horsley Towers, a gothic mansion designed by Sir Charles Barry, was the home of Ada, Lady Lovelace, and the village also has the medieval St Martin’s church.
