About Harborne
Harborne is a suburb three miles south-west of Birmingham city centre, within Birmingham City Council in the West Midlands. It was historically in Staffordshire and borders Edgbaston, Selly Oak and Quinton.
The population was 23,001 at the 2011 census. Harborne railway station closed in 1934 and its trackbed is now the Harborne Walkway; the closest station is University. St Peter’s Church has Anglo-Saxon origins and a 14th-century tower.
